She travels extensively to many parts of China, Tibet & South America, with many local friends and strong ties in all of these communities. This is what makes her tours, retreats and event planning services truly personal experiences, as opposed to many of the high-volume, mass tour packages in the industry. Quest Tours works with highly experienced local agents in the markets that we serve, most of which have over 15 years of experience delivering high-quality, customized travel options. Dulce has spent most of her life as a business professional in the fields of banking and telecommunications. Upon obtaining her International MBA degree from Thunderbird in 2002, she retired from Motorola Inc. and moved to Shanghai as a visiting Professor of Management at Shanghai University of Finance & Economics. She is currently back in the USA working towards her PhD in Transformative Studies. Through living and traveling in South America, Asia and Eastern Europe, Dulce is passionate about exploring new cultures and life philosophies, especially as catalysts for personal change and growth. Dulce loves traveling, discovering indigenous cultures, and understanding the dimensions of cross-cultural understanding. In addition to travel, Dulce is an avid horsewoman. She is an advanced instructor in Equine Faciliated Experiential Learning, having completed her apprenticeship with Linda Kohanov, renowned horse trainer, music critic and author of The Tao of Equus and Riding Between the Worlds. |
